5. Merchandise & Shipping

Physical merchandise orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners or shipped directly. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Crosswinds reserves the right to change event details including dates, venues, and lineups. Refund policies for events are specified at the time of purchase.

7. Fan Subscriptions

Fan subscription plans renew automatically at the specified interval. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
